nothing happen on dashboard

    Hi, hello, thank you for a wonderful plugin, i just noticed a big problem with my installation. Everything is correct configured, no duplicate page, shortcode is on page, I can see and click each menu point, but nothing happen, just page reload and a big white empty space to the right, I use OceanWp theme, tried on original Storefront woo theme, and also with default wp theme 19. Anything I can do ? thank you

    Please make sure that you have set the Dashboard page correctly on Dokan -> Settings -> Page settings area. If you have done and still there is a problem then I request you to contact us directly by using this form.

    Thx very much for answering. Excellent service, will leave 5 star right after finish here. I could find out what it was by myself.
    I had activated network wide on 2 site wp multisite. I deactivated on first (main) page and everything fine here now. But I got stuck now with the next thing….my vendors do not show up in sellers list. Shortcode is posted, Dokan settings ok, I can see the form, but it says no sellers found. I added some test products to each, i logged in as each one, always the same, No sellers found. Maybe you could give advise. thank you

    This might happen if you have another marketplace plugin or a role-based plugin installed on your site. You can disable all other plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce and then try again. If the problem persists then you should contact us directly. ??
