nothing found on .htaccess

    Good day to whom may it concern:

    We have run some speed tests and we got some F rates related to the use of Expires headers. We checked the .htaccess, in both public_html and wordpress, without finding any code added by the plugin.

    Perhaps we are checking in the wrong place, as we are not too savvy, specially in apache.

    Could you let us know where to look to make sure the plugin has the proper permission to write the code where it needs to?

    Hi, the .htaccess file is located in the root of your site. Please check the following documentation /support/article/htaccess/ to learn more.

    Also can you confirm that your .htaccess file is writable.

    Good day,

    We checked the documentation and confirmed that the .htaccess is writable, but there is no code still.

    We will procede to deactivate the plugin, write the code ourselves and check how it performs.
