I have installed Paid Membership for 2 different paid memberships. Both should have access to a category, I have chosen that category bij the membership settings, but when I make a account with one of those memberships. I can’t see any posts in the caterory on this category page. I get a nothing found message. The post itself is readable with the needed memberships. That works, but they are invisible for readers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tkreeft,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

I think what you are saying is that restricted posts (within a restricted category) is not showing up for users that don’t have memberships or guests (logged-out users).

If this is correct, please can you login to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to ‘Memberships’ -> ‘Advanced Settings’. Once inside the Advanced Settings page, there should be an option ‘Filter searches and archives?’ set this to ‘No’.

This will show restricted posts inside your archives pages to non-members.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi @andrew,

Not exactly what you think. Logged in people can’t even see content of a blog category. That are people who have one of the two right memberships.

Please let me know what you need to know to fix the problem.

This could be a misconfiguration regarding your restriction posts/pages. We will need to see the setup of your configuration and troubleshoot this for you.

These logged-in users, do they have an active membership level or do they just have a WordPress account on your site?

We would need to have a look into this further, would you mind opening a support thread on https://www.paidmembershipspro.com so we may take a look into this further for you.
