Nothing Found Error

I have just installed this plugin to try to create floating sticky side bar for my Adsense add using your other plug in q2w3. I am following the steps – every time I go to “add new” and create a wiget, no matter what I do when I click “save changes” I get an error not found 404 page. What can I do?
