• Hi,

We’ve got an established WC store on our divi website, and I’ve been doing WordPress for years (aka relatively experienced). I’ve got your plugin installed, and I’m using the default settings on the free plugin (trying it first before considering the premium), and even though it’s activated, absolutely nothing is new (aka YITH Quote is not visible). Furthermore, the “Request a Quote” page has no products in it — but maybe that’s as it should be until someone requests a quote.

Since we’ve got YITH Product Add-ons working fine, as well as other plugins, I’m suspecting there’s an issue with YITH Request a Quote and divi, or with custom templates in divi.

Does anyone know of such an issue?

YITH Request a Quote is currently installed at https://theSmartSpacer.com if you are able to take a look.

    Thanks!
    Neil

    Hello,
it is possible that Divi Theme removes the WooCommerce’s hook that Request a quote plugin uses in single product page.
With the premium version it is possible to use the shortcode of button, but the free version doesn’t have this type of shortcode.

I’ll forward your feedback to the developers, that will check the plugin with the Divi theme.

Since I wanted to use the free version before spending money on the Premium (not even sure if features are necessary), I think that I’m at a standstill on this, right? No work arounds?

    Hi @neilticktin
Are you use the Divi Builder to customize your product pages ?
