Nothing but frustrating

My experience with this has been really frustrating.
I resubscribed to this because of the facebook integration which does not work because of new facebook policies. The problem is that Time.ly does not tell you this.
Now is not functioning at all because there are updates which apparently I can not do with out spending more money for the same subscription I just paid for.
I tried to contact Time.ly but it says I am an invalid user based on my email, even though this is one they use to communicate with me.
Good luck this really sucks for me.
