Nothing bar Image Post Working

Hi there,

I did a modification on your theme, and nothing but the image post works. My site is https://www.kirstymarks.com

I would appreciate help as i really want to post different post types, but when i select them in the post type option, it doesnt display any of the drop downs at all to include.
