Nothing appears in popup window

For some reason there is an error. The only way to figure it out is to see what that error message is. Can you please enable debugging.

Just add this to wp-config.php – define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

Hey Scott, i have the same problem.

I’ve enabled debugging in WP, but don’t see anything in the window; in the way of errors, html, or… anything.

Has this issue been identified and had a solution provided for it yet?

(i just encountered, installed, and set up this plugin recently, so i haven’t dug into the code yet)

same problem here. I activated WP_DEBUG, but I can’t see any error message anywhere.

The popup is just empty.

I know it’s hard without information, but it would be great if you could fix that.

..sorry, couldn’t find an edit button in here..
the popup, that opens, is “wp-admin/admin-post.php”

..and another addition to that: could it be that the error happens when you use a multisite installation? i think, the path to admin-post.php is the one from the main or first blog, not from the one where the button has been clicked (i uninstalled the plugin already, so i am not sure).

but anyway: does the plugin work with multisite installations, normally?

I have just installed as well and have the above problem also, a blank box displaying ” admin-post.php”. Testing inside Sandbox mode or live.

Would like to get this working so I can by the advanced version and/or make a donation.

One more thing I have api credentials inserted from personal verified Paypal account, do I need to upgrade to a Business account to have digital downloads working!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The enable Paypal for digital goods button in your setup instructions returns a page not found error.

Ok, so in Sandbox mode the box is empty

in live mode I get these errors

Error – Double check your Business API settings.

SetExpressCheckout API call failed.

Detailed Error Message: You are not signed up to accept payment for digitally delivered goods.

Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

Error Code: 10004

Error Severity Code: Error
