Nothing appearing in the slider

Precision, i just have an email field in my form, no name field.
Is that a problem?

Its actually all up to you, you may leave as it is, with only email field. Or if you wish, you may add other fields, like name, telephone, or gender or what ever to you MailChimp list, and then add them ChimpMate under Custom Form settings in General tab.

Actually the fact is that my problem isn’t about fields but that the form doesn’t appear with my slider.

It is now re-enabled.
I also saw that it causes google tag manager disfunctionement.

There is a Javascript plugin, jQuery.mmenu, working in your website, which provides a similar slider but with a menu(for mobile). This plugin interfere with ChimpMate’s code, which makes it unable to process as it should.

Can you please tell us what exactly is the issue with Google Tag Manager?

This jQuery plugin is part of my default theme, i can’t deal without.

For GTM, my Tag Assistant Chrome Plugin says that no Analytics property is defined but ther’s no problem with it when i disable your plugin.
I use Google Tag Manager for WordPress plugin.

We tested with GTM on our test site, and it did work nicely without any issues. Can you keep the plugin on, so that we can have a look.
Since the slider cannot be used, you may disable it individually from the ChimpMate Settings page.

Hi, I’ve a similar problem, When I activate the slider it only shows an empty space. And after you can’t close it you have to refresh, so I enable it for the moment.

I think it may be related with the plugin for mobile menu I’ve installed which is shiftnav.

Is there a way to make it compatible? I’m using the premium version of the plugin.
