Nothing appearing for Stripe on Payment Tab

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the Stripe Gateway plugin and activated but nothing is appearing on the stripe page, it is blank where the set up form should be (publishable key, secret key etc). Using Neve Theme.
    Please can anyone help.

    Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Manage > Settings > Edit Account Keys.

    Open your Stripe account, go to Developers > API Keys.

    Be sure to add the keys for the Live and Test mode and save. If that does not work or is not appearing please try again using another browser, or an incognito window.

    Thank you for your reply. but the page is completely blank after I click ‘manage’ on stripe under payments.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot – yes, the page is totally blank!

    In order to check your configuration and assist you further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi, I have resolved this. It was a plugin that I was using. I deactivated it and the page appeared.
