I cannot connect my Woocomerce shop to CJDropshipping. I contact CJDrop support and my hosting server and they both saying it is the WordPress Theme Botiga problem. The message I got when trying to connect is: “The requested URL /wc-auth/v1/authorize was not found on this server.”

I also have WordPress REST API isn’t active. https://www.vintazzclothing.com/wp-json/

Anyone got a similar problem and find a solution?

  • Hi @vintazz,

As far as I know, Botiga doesn’t intent to block any WordPress core functionalities including REST API.

If you system can’t pass the authentication phase, the issue may be related to authentication method running in your system. Please refer to this documentation.

Adding, to double-check whether particular theme (Botiga) could cause you this issue, you might try temporarily switching to one of default WordPress themes only for checking and troubleshooting purpose.

Thanks a lot, Kharis! I’ve tried with another WP Theme but had the same problem. I’ve contacted again with my hosting support and inform them with your recommendation. Hopefully they will able to fix it.

    Hi @vintazz,

Thanks for getting back along with your finding.

You may mark this topic as resolved as the issue is not related with Botiga theme.

My hosting support fix it by rewriting some rules. It was a wordpress issue.
