    so earlier today all emails other than “order complete” weren’t being received. there was an update to woocommerece 3.5 when i got off work, did the update and all the emails are now being received, however notes are not being received. email log is showing they are being sent. anyone know of a possible issue causing notes to not go thru?

    i should add i use the notes to send the tracking numbers out, so it is an important feature for me

    Hi,

    Are you referring to order notes? Can you explain in more detail which notes are not being received and/or what sort of notes system you have set up? This will help us to be able to recreate the issue so we can see if there is a problem.

    it was the private notes to customer that you could add when looking at the customers full order in the order dashboard.
    i ended up changing the subject and email heading in the “notes to customer” email settings so it wasnt using the default settings and they started getting received again. im thinking perhaps a spam filter was blocking out the emails with the default settings

    I’m not quite sure what you mean by changing the subject and heading as that option is not there when sending the notes, but sounds like you were able to solve this so I will close this thread for now!
