notes from taking this multilingual

Thanks for the plug-in! As part of a hackathon at Basis Technology we modified it to do multilingual search using https://www.basistech.com/base-linguistics/. A bug we found, fyi: in SolrPhpClient/Apache/Solr/Service.php the “https://” prepended by the return statement of _constructUrl broke the Solr because the ultimate URL ended up starting with “https://https://”. Not sure what the right fix would be — we worked around it by removing that prefix.
