    Hi all,

Not sure exactly where I can post this, but I’ve tried reaching out to Woocommerce for support but their turn around times are incredibly slow and I need to have this resolved or at least know where to start looking in which common areas.

On my customer orders, I have the pane on the right where all order’s transactions and notes are generated, I have the option to add a private note and also have an option to send “customer note” that gets appended to their existing order email and then sent.,

Now whenever I try to send a note to customer, it just get’s stuck – doesn’t error out or timeout or anything it just gets stuck in a loop waiting.

Private note seems to work, I have yet to determine if any other automated emails work or not – still waiting to confirm. But I need the ability to send manual notes to customers.

Any ideas on where I can look to even begin to troubleshoot this? It’s impacting my customer orders at the moment where I always send custom messages/emails post order.

I am also experiencing the same issue. When I try to send Note to Customer, the spinning wheel just keeps spinning and nothing happens. If I click Update again it will update the order but without the message that was entered.

OK, I just did a test by turning off most plugins using Divi theme’s Safe Mode. I was able to send notes to customers then. So I am thinking there’s a conflict with one of the plugins.

    Hi,

So here is the screenshot of the issue that has recently started happening.

I suspect it is the latest update as well, I have not added any other new plugins. But my existing plugins did have updates during this also.

    Hi @keviololster

Thanks for sending over a screenshot of the stuck loader and your system status.

I’m not able to replicate this behavior with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, along with the Storefront theme active. This is typically caused by a theme/plugin conflict as @midpath correctly mentioned.

For more detailed instructions on conflict testing, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

@midpath: If you need help feel free to create your own topic. We’ll be here to assist you.

    Cheers.
