Note Displayed Twice on CPTs

    FYI: I solved by adding the following code after line 143 of simple-post-notes.php:

    remove_action( 'manage_posts_custom_column', array( $this, 'output_column' ), 10, 2 );

    Would be great to see this patched in a future version.
