• The other day I disabled all my plugins because I was getting slammed with a DDoS attack and I was trying to see if one of my plugins was the culprit. After going through that exercise, my postname permalinks quit working.

    Set Up Info
I run CentOS 5.x. and the latest version of WordPress. I run multiple wordpress installations all of which are configured similarly and all of which work, except for this one.

Instead of using the .htaccess file, I configured everything from Apache’s conf.d files. mod_rewrite is loaded on the server and works appropriately in my other installations.

    Other Actions
Because of the DDoS attack, I ended up installing a fresh version of WP migrating the old DBs. With the exception of the permalink problem, the migration went fine. I also reloaded fresh versions of the plugins–all to no avail.

    Thoughts?
I wonder if there’s a cache that I’m missing? Other than that, I can’t see what else could be causing this problem.
