    I’m a pro customer. I raised a support ticket on 26 Oct and received an auto-reply saying that ticket has been registered under #711778690.

    However, I didn’t receive any response. Nothing in spam folder as well. I dropped a reminder then, but still haven’t got any response.

    I know that this is not the forum for pro version, but I wrote on this forum as the matter of last resort. From my point of view, this was the only thing left when I didn’t receive a response despite reminder. This has happened earlier also, but I got a response on reminder. This is strange that even spam folder didn’t receive your email.

    I understand your reasoning. Have you received my reply this time?

    As it’s the same e-mail address that we had previously been using to communicate, I’m not entirely sure what could have changed.
