• Hey, I’m getting this in my debug log:

Use Google Libraries: Not yet qualified with this version of WordPress. Bypassing UGL.

Can you please update the plugin for 4.8 or suggest a solution?

  • I found the code snippet in this article useful (aka it works): https://www.wpfaster.org/blog/when-and-how-to-load-jquery-from-googles-cdn

I’m on the latest WP (4.8) myself and UGL does not work for me either

It isn’t qualified because I know it has issues in specific situations and I’ve not yet had any free time to debug it. If I just adjusted it to say it worked with 4.8 it would break some sites, and I don’t want to do that.

Alright Jason, I’ll be waiting for the update then ??

Weird. I have two sites. Both use WordPress 8.4.2. And both are using Version 1.6.2.3 of the plugin.

I get the error “Use Google Libraries: Not yet qualified with this version of WordPress. Bypassing UGL” on one website but not the other.

    Thoughts?

Is there an estimated date for the fix? Or, should we just update the code directly?

That’s too bad Jason, I really liked your plugin and I wish it back to life ??
