While I value the effort invested in this plugin, I need to address a critical issue on which my rating is based upon.

It (free and pro) lacks a very fundamental feature that severely hampers efficient ticket management. You cannot set a total amount of tickets and then sales of varying priced tickets (for example; child, adult, senior etc) are deducted from the total amount of tickets, regardless of the ticket price. Instead you are expected to allocate a specific number of tickets per each varying price. So if for example you have an event that can take up to 1000 people you have to allocate a percentage of the total number of spaces available for each varying price; e.g. 200 child, 200 senior, 600 adult.

Furthermore, the absence of this feature seems not to be disclosed on the Pro version sales page, or if it is I couldn’t find it anywhere. Consequently, I unwittingly purchased the Pro version without testing the free version. I contacted support. Although they indicated a potential future inclusion of this feature, no timeline was provided. I expect the developers to see the importance of the lack of this fundamental feature and address it as one of their top priorities.

This limitation renders the plugin inadequate for my requirements, resulting in substantial resource and time wastage. Others also requiring this feature for their events, beware.

Hence my 1 star rating at this stage.
