    Yes. Where are you placing the shortcode? It’ll not work in widgets.

    Please update to the latest version to see this is solved.

    Ok. I think I found the issue. Please click on Option under the box name and see if the ox is enabled or disabled. Enable it if disabled and it should show up.

    It’s a little bug that automatically disables new boxes. Have fixed it now and uploading the new fixed version: v2.3.8
