Not works

How to set up Social Login to force someone to log in before posting a comment?
I’m trying to set up this plugin on my word press comment form.
I’m using the Facebook authentication for all submissions.
Got my application ID and secret implemented for Facebook.

My problem is the user can still submit without logging into his or her facebook account. What I’m I doing wrong?
