    Hi,
    Installed and activated but then get following issues:-
    1. Tab disappears from any listing with current special offer detailed
    2. Unable to edit any special offers in back end – Blank pop up screen is all I’m getting.
    Had to deactivate to allow existing special offers to be displayed again.
    Have I missed any settings?

    I took a look at the code and it is a bug that we can easily fix tomorrow morning (Chicago). I’ll update this support request once we have resolved the issue.

    Hi,
    Existing special offers remain visible now but still unable to edit special offer field as described. Once ‘Edit Offers’ is clicked box opens but it’s empty and unable to cancel/close without exiting the listing. Do you have an e mail so I can send screen shot?

    This issue has now been corrected with the addition of support for the advanced (tinymce) editor in GeoDirectory.

    I’m having the same issues, what is it I have to do to fix it? Install something?

    Hello James,

    We are unable to replicate the issue. Can you provide a screenshot to me at [email protected]. Also, if you can look at the developers console to see what JS errors you might be getting this would help us understand if there is a plugin conflict. If this is installed on a visible site, maybe you can send me the web address and we can take a look if there are any JS errors.

    Hello James,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It was a plugin conflict with another plugin. We have implemented a fix for this issue and released version 1.5 today.
