Not working WP 4.6.1

Hi, can you explain better the problem that you have found?
Is the problem about the settings? Or about the data in input fields that is not saved in your mailup account panel?

Hi, yes!
I followed the tutorial and I guess is an issue qith the 4.6 version of WP.
I’ve tested the same plugin onto an earlyer version and I’ve not encountered any issue.
In 4.6.1, for example, the field in general settings are totaly empty! (instead of being patrially precompiled e.g. /frontend/xmlSubscribe.aspx and Plugint title and plugin description (as they are in the utorial screenshot).

So: in 4.6.1 I’ve got: no precompliled fields, no way to save any change I make.
In the earlier version (another site) all works as expected.

So my question is: will there be any update of the plugin to be compatible with the newer versiono of WP?

Hi, yes, we are constantly updating the plugin.
Unfortunately we installed the plugin on version 4.6 of wordpress, but we can’t reproduce the error.
Can you provide these additional details:
– are you using a WP admin user with full write permissions?
– are you using other plugins? If yes, please provide a list
– which browser do you use? Can you tell us if you have any error in your browser console?
– what happens if you click on the “Reset” button in mailup settings panel? Are the default values inserted in the fields?

Ok guys, thanks for puttimg me in the right direction: I’ve all the permission needed and hitting reset button has been a nice way of let the default values popping up. So now I got it.

Now, I’ve deactivated the various pligins one by one and the trouble is caused by
iThemes Security: disabling it, all goes sparkly.
Any hint about that? (I really need it on).

Hi quick update: I managed to keep all go well by turning off IThemes Security, configuring MailUp plugin and then turing all back on.
I ofc don’t know why but this can be a sort of workaroud for pepoile in my same shoes.
