Not working without shortcode

  • This plugin is great, but I have one issue that is inconsistent with the description.

    You don’t need to use embed code or a shortcode, you can simply paste the YouTube or Vimeo URL into your post and it should work.

    When embedding a video, I have to use the shortcode for it to work. Otherwise the video does not get wrapped correctly and embeds way outside of my div.

    I am trying to make updating sites as simple as possible for everyone who is updating sites on our multisite install, so it would be a lot easier if they didn’t have to remember to use the shortcode all the time.

    Make sure there is white space between the lines the URL is on.
    Jetpack may cause issues with this plugin as it attempts to do similar things.
