Not working with ZIP Files

I installed Download Manager but it’s not working for ZIP files, being a developer I checked apache server logs and everything seems to be fine.
Even the file size is same, but it’s corrupt. When I download directly the zip file opens fine. I upload file myself and then use Download Manager path browser to select the file, so it can’t be upload issue.
I use WP Super Cache plugin and I deleted all the cache couple of times but issue is still present.
