Not working with Zero-decimal currencies enabled

When I create DONATION type button, and enabled Zero-Decimal Currencies.

I used a shortcode to add the button to a page.

When I enter the amount in the box, I entered an amount WITH decimals (so I entered 1.50 USD).

When I click pay button, it goes to payment modal window without any error.

I fill out the entire payment form and click PAY NOW and it comes back as successful, but there is no record of transaction in the Direct Stripe Logs or in the Stripe Dashboard (I am using test keys for all this).

If I disabled the Zero-Decimal currencies and do same process, then the transaction does show up in in the Direct Stripe Logs and the Stripe Dashboard.
