Try to write to the plugin’s author, he can find the reason. Unfortunately moderators forbid to give the email address of the author.

@pavloborysenko, I strongly suggest you be formally designated as a support person for this plugin and if you need to send people off-forum for additional information, you use a website formally identified with the plugin.
