    Hi @tusharrao

We’ll need a little more info on this. Can you share a screenshot or the error log for this issue?

When the customer is trying to make any payment the razorpay redirect/pop doesn’t open up at all. There is no redirect from the checkout page. It gets stuck on “pay now” page

    Hi @tusharrao

Can you please provide us some more information about this issue.

    1) Which version of the Razorpay plugin you are using? Can you please update it to the latest version 2.5.0
    2) Which version of the Woocommerce plugin you are using?
    3) Are you using any custom theme? If yes, then can you please try to make the payment with any of the default themes provided by WordPress once!
    4) If you can share your clone server credentials by creating the ticket in our support page here then it would be helpful for us to debug this issue as we were not able to regenerate this issue in WordPress 5.5

    Thanks,
    Chetan

    1. 2.5.0 has issue i did not downgrade and tried it yet.
    2. Updated version woocommerce 4.4.1
    3. tried with default theme doesn’t work the payment page only doesn’t load up
    4. The server is local so cannot give you access because it is on VPN.

To recreate this issue use woocommerce 4.4.1 and razorpay 2.5.0 also makesure you update your wordpress to v5.5 and update database woocommerce and then test. It wont work.I can see same problem with other users as well on support page.

We tried with the above-mentioned versions (woocommerce 4.4.1, razorpay 2.5.0 & WordPress to v5.5) and could not able to reproduce this issue in our setup.

As you said you will not be able to share the clone server because of the local setup you are using, so can you please help us to debug this issue by following these steps!

    1. If you had installed other plugins then for testing purpose kindly disable all other plugins then try to make the payment.
    2. If the payment flow is working then it means, one of the installed plugins is conflicting with the Razporpay plugin.
    3. To detect which plugin is conflicting with the Razorpay plugin, you need to enable them one by one and test the payment flow.

    Regards,
    Chetan
