Not working with wordpress 5.2.3

  • There seems to be issues with the theme and the latest version of wordpress. Our online store won’t load the checkout page once the checkout button is clicked? Just keeps trying to load and displays spinner.

    Any help or info?

    Hello @ripperman,
    First off, sorry for the inconvenience, would you please confirm if you have tested the site by disabling each of the plugins? And would it be also possible to come up with the site link so that we could troubleshoot the issue?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply. Yes we can confirm that we have tested now by disabling plugins and we felt that we had narrowed it down to a caching issue. In particular we use a caching plugin called WP Fastest Cache. Ever since we disabled all plugins and started re enabling them to test (including the caching plugin) it now seems to work? We do have a number of admin plugins that we have left disabled for now, so perhaps there’s some conflict with those? Not sure. In any case we’re happy that everything seems to be ok. Do you have any insight into caching plugins and if there could be future conflicts there?
