    Hi 20111161

Thanks for reaching out. Please, try running a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all of your plugins except for Page Builder by SiteOrigin. At this point, stop and retest the issue, is Page Builder showing up? If the answer is yes the begin testing. Test by slowly reactivating your plugins. After each reactivation, test Page Builder. Assuming it’s a plugin conflict, you’ll find the conflicting plugin when Page Builder stops appearing/breaks.

    Hello,

I have disabled all plugin then reactived Page Builder with my current theme CargoPress, but it’s did not work at all.

Then I choosed default theme: twentyfiftteen and Page builder worked agian.

So the problem is my CargoPress theme conficts with Page Builder, which normally is a part of this theme on previours version.

Do you have any solution for this?

    Hi 20111161,

Do you by any chance have a public URL where I can take a look at your website? This would be the best way for us to diagnose what’s going on. Please have the CargoPress theme enabled.

    Hi 20111161,

Can you please open up a page builder powered page (that you’re no longer able to edit) on the backend and send me the contents of your console? Please follow this guide on how to access your browser console.

I figured it out. So Page Builder is confict with 2 plugins (which can’t be deactive on plugins page but via FTP). They are listed here.

They are important elements of CargoPress theme to display slides.

    And the console says:

post.php:105 Uncaught ReferenceError: acf is not defined
input.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'post_id' of null

    Can you help me out?

    Hi 20111161,

Could you do me a favour? Could you temporarily disable SiteOrigin Page Builder and then send me the contents of your console on the same page?

    Thread Starter 20111161

    (@20111161-1)

    Same result:

post.php:105 Uncaught ReferenceError: acf is not defined
input.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'post_id' of null

I’ll try to update my CargoPress theme and tell you if the problem is fixed or not.

    Thanks for your support!

    Hi 20111161,

Okay so based on that result; I strongly believe this issue isn’t related to SiteOrigin Page Builder. I would strongly recommend contacting your theme developer about this issue as it looks to be related to the theme and Advanced Custom Fields.
