Not working with WordPress 3.8

Just upgraded to WordPress 3.8 and the plugin doesn’t work. It insoles all okay but when you click on plugins to see all activated then only a few installed shows??? I have no way to configure so I had to uninstall via my ftp client. Any ideas??
