We are using this plugin, but we found out it is causing problems with the Subscriptions from WooCommerce. If this plugin is activated and we want to send a renewal, it is not working and we get this message https://ibb.co/K7DYMvY. If we deactivate this plugin, everything is working just fine. this only happens when it is a renewal, so a new subscription works fine.

We need this plugin because we are sending the subscriptions through MailChimp.

I tried to contact MailChimp, but they can’t help me, they advised me to deactivate one of the plugins and search for an other solution…

@webittest that’s pretty strange to hear – because our plugin should be reacting to new orders and also order updates in the background outside of the current process (which is you trying to clone the order for renewal). We queue up everything to happen behind the scenes.

Can you please send both logs ( the Mailchimp for WooCommerce log, and the Fatal Error log from Woo ) to ryan (at) vextras.com? I’ll be glad to take a closer look for you personally.

@webittest i know we’ve been talking over email – but wanted to post this here too just in case anyone was following. We’ve updated the plugin to version 2.3 today and we’re curious to see if these fixes to the queue is going to solve your subscription problem. Please let us know!

@webittest you had confirmed over email that upgrading to 2.3 has resolved this issue with subscriptions. Going to close this out now. If you do have any other questions please feel free to reach back out!
