    Hi, just to say we’re having the same issue, only showing the name of the product on the invoice and not the selected options from Product Add-Ons.

    Hi @jonhowcroft and @mrbeama,

    Yet, we have not tested our WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin with Woocommerce Product Add-Ons so we are not aware of such issue. But we will check this plugin with Woocommerce Product Add-Ons and try to replicate the issue you mentioned above. We will get back to you with an update once we have tested the same.

    Everything was working fine before – updated to the new version and the new Woomcommerce around the same time

    I am having the same issue. Last week it was working fine but when I printed orders today it started just printing the name of the item over and over. I *think* the issue is with the add-ons plugin, because it is also showing each of those add-ons as sales of the original item. So I’m going to see if I can rewind that plugin and I’ll report back if it works.

    We are having the same issue. this is a high impact problem for our business. We need the version 3 plugin because of the ability to do negative prices for add-ons and we can’t rollback to the earlier version.

    Is there any update on this?

    We are unable to wait. We found another plugin that works with the product add-ons:

    Not being a wordpress developer – I’ll try to share my thoughts on this problem in the hopes that it might help the developer to fix the problem. Having dug into the code some, It seems to be a problem with using deprecated code to get the product information.

    That code is used on line 85 of the print-content.php file. I have a suspicion that if that section of the code is changed to use the new calls, this problem will go away.

    First of all, we sincerely apologize for the delay in response. The thing is, our team is on leave due to the Diwali festival here in India. Normal support will resume from Monday, 12th November 2018.

    We have tested our WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin with the latest v3.0.1 of Woocommerce Product Add-Ons and we are able to replicate the same issue at our end which you all have mentioned.

    We will ask our development team to check this issue once they are back from the holidays and we will get back to you with an update once we have fixed the same.

    Hi @klivie,

    I am sorry to say that but yet, this issue is not solved at our end. Since our development team is occupied with the update of our other plugin they couldn’t get a chance to check this issue.

    The thing is, WooCommerce Product Add-ons has released a major update in which instead of storing the addon options as order meta, they are now storing the different items. Because of which this issue has started occurring. So we will have to check it and find the appropriate solution for this. We will give you an update once we have fixed this issue. I hope that is fine.

    Hi @everyone,

    Today, we have released an update 4.4.7 of our WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin in which we have fixed the issue which you all have reported with the WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. So can you please update our plugin to its latest v4.4.7 and see if the WooCommerce Product Addon options are displaying correctly in the invoice or not?

    Hey great plug-inn builders, Just did the update to 4.7 but no products at all on the invoice en packaging slip when printing. Only the headers of the columns as product, price, quantity and total.

    I rolled back to 4.4.2 and problem solved. Just letting you konw.

    We apologize for the inconvenience you faced.

    Can you please let us know which version of WooCommerce Product Add-ons is active on your site? Because we tried to replicate this issue with older v2.9.0 of WooCommerce Product Add-ons but I am not able to replicate the issue you mentioned above. The product name with the add-on’s options is displaying properly in the invoice at our end.

    Hi again Priyanka.

    This morning it was suddenly auto updated to 4.7 again and the problem occured again. Minutes before I printed orders and there was nog problem but after the update again, so I rolled back to 4.4.2 and it workes fine again luckily.
    I have two questons.
    Why was it auto updated and why is it suddenly in my own, dutch, language, with horrible translations by the way. I prefer enlish, so pleas also let me know how to handle that.

So that we will try to replicate this issue with v2.8.1 of WooCommerce Product Add-ons and latest v4.4.7 of our plugin and see if we are able to replicate the same issue at our end or not.
