    Hi,

I have installed the plugin and it is working fine for general WordPress notifications but no Woocommerce emails are sending, either to customers or admin.

All emails are turned on in Woocommerce and the ‘Send all WordPress emails via SMTP.’ option is checked.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

I was not able to replicate any problems with our supported providers on a standard WooCommerce install.
After the very soon plugin upgrade please test one more time and report back if the issue still occurs.

I am also having the same issue with receiving order email notifications via woocommerce and paypal, I have GoDaddy as my host and confirmed with them that it is not a server issue.
    – My email settings in Woocommerce are enabled
    – I have tried the IPN in paypal
    – I have tried WP Mail SMTP it works correctly when I send a test email, yet still no new order emails come through in woocommerce.
    – If I manually send the order details email through woocommerce it works correctly.
    – Payment is received by paypal, I get the email notifications from paypal, but I do not receive the new order email from woocommerce and the customer does not receive a confirmation order email, even though all emails should be going through WP Mail SMTP.

    Any help is appreciated, Thanks

    Which mailer are you using?

I can try to help only if you are using Gmail/Mailgun/SendGrid – because all of them have some sort of logging in their respective dashboards.

    I am using Gmail

You can check whether the email has come to their servers.

    For Gmail:

Open Console for Gmail API. There will be a number of requests done in the last 1 hour. You should check the number before and after the order and emails that should come. Here is a screenshot of the highlighted areas: https://cloud.supportally.com/oXiZ

Note: it may take several minutes before data will appear there on a graph.

Thank you, but after waiting about 25 minutes to see results, the “Traffic” and “Errors” boxes say the following… “There is no data for this API in this time span”.

So a request to send an email is not even sent to Google.

Check your plugins that relate to emails and/or WooCommerce. Perhaps a Disable/Stop Emails plugin is activated. You can check/install Emails Log plugin (there are several of them), they will log all emails that are gone through wp_mail() function that is used by WP Mail SMTP plugin. If WC order emails don’t appear in that log – they are NOT going through wp_mail() function and thus – I can’t do anything for you.
Also, the plugin itself works (according to your email test), so there is something that prevents emails being processed in a standard way.

I have the issue discussed above in this thread. All general wordpress mails are going and showing in WP Mail Log plugin also, but no WooCommerce notification are going neither to customer nor to admin. Test mail working but woocoomerce mails not working. I am using Gmail apps id using API which receives Traffic in API consoles but emails are not received by the customer or admin. WooCommerce mails not getting logged in WP Mail Log plugin also. My Woocommerce version is 3.0.5. Please help to resolve this problem.
