Not Working with Woocommerce 3.0.2
-
Worked flawlessly with the previous 2.x version but upgrading to Woo 3 now gives:
Woocommerce Product Customer List is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce 2.2+ in order to work.
WP (MS) fully up to date. Any ideas?
Thanks Frank

@esprit90 that’s weird. Is it possible to switch to the twentyseventeen theme (or other wordpress theme), and disable every other plugin except for this one and woocommerce?
If not, would you be open to have a conversation on skype and share your screen so we can do some tests?

Can you give me a screenshot of your console? Also, did you try with a different browser?

Hi,
sorry I meant screenshots of the console, I don’t understand what you copied from it.
Also, you could you please answer my previous message?

Any news on this?
Ok, I setup a separate test environment.
– Changing the theme to ‘twentyseventeen’: same problem
– After disabling all pluging except Woocommerce and Product list, it worked fine.
– Reenabling all plugins and restoring my own them, it worked fine.I duplicated this on my production site, but:
– After disabling all pluging except Woocommerce and Product list, it worked half.
The “Product data” section does not format correctly. most parts are already unfolded.I can not explain this.
I have now updated all plugins to the latest version (no improvement).[redacted]

That’s really weird! What PHP version do you have?
I’ll add you on skype right away

I just pushed an update (2.4.8) that might fix your issue if it’s related. Please update the plugin to the latest version and let me know if it works.
Hi TL.
I have installed version 2.4.9, but unfortunately, the result is unchanged.*scratches head*
