Not Working with Woocommerce 3.0+

Same issue.
The solution I am using is to add some custom code to the child theme functions.php file.

add_filter ('woocommerce_add_to_cart_redirect', 'woo_redirect_to_checkout');
function woo_redirect_to_checkout() {
	$checkout_url = WC()->cart->get_checkout_url();
	return $checkout_url;
}

This eliminates the cart page.
There will still be links at things in the checkout page to go back and view the cart. If desired, you can hide all that easily with some custom CSS.

Have you enabled the plugin in WooCommerce Settings Panel?

Guys it is working great, just enable the plugin from the woocommerce > direct check out

Working fine in WC 3.2.1.
