Not working with Woocommerce 2.3.2

Same issue here. Country can be hidden but it defaults to US and has US options in the State field. This has confused many of my international customers so I had to allow the Country field to display. I hope you will update the plugin to correct the Country/State and Phone fields soon!

Same thing here. Phone and Email appeared under Billing Information even though the remove box is selected. Also, you can’t insert text in the First Name field. The mouse arrow doesn’t transform into that vertical text line thingy.

We have the latest version of WooCommerce and Checkout Manager.

I have no issues entering a name into the First Name field.

I’ve added 4 new fields that have appeared in ‘additional Information’ this isn’t too much of a problem but the ‘create an account’ checkbox is sitting to the right of these fields and not with it’s designated field below. please could someone advise on how i could solve this. Many thanks!
