Hi, the plugin is not working with ours platform (do not load editor/build when create a form), that still uses version 4.7.5 of WordPress, there is some workaround? Maybe something with wp_enqueue_editor function, It do not exist on this version. Thanks

    Hello @jacsonp

    I trust you’re doing well!

I could replicate this issue on my end as well and have reported it to our developers. Please though consider updating the WordPress version to the latest one that doesn’t have this issue.

Thank you for letting us know about this.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

I cannot update right now, I will need to update a lot of themes, plugins and mu-plugins codes before deploy to production the latest WordPress. I still using the version from Debian (Stretch), planning to update to Buster (WP 4.9.5) or native WordPress 5.4.2, but I do not have time, because 2 projects needs to be integrated to the platform and them need “non-google” forms and CSV list export option. The plugin is great, but for we It need to work on 4.7.5 for now, even with a workaround.

    Hello @jacsonp

    I trust you’re doing well!

Please download and install this React Lib plugin on your site that our developers have created.

Activate it and it should solve the issue that you have with WordPress 4.7 5 version.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
