Okay, I know this method but I am looking for something that just a shortcode to show the profile photo uploader in a single page.

You can make use of the [basic-user-avatars] shortcode to add a form to the page and allow users to upload their own avatar.

There isn’t a shortcode available to display the avatar at this point in time however if you are comfortable with some code, the following will get the avatar URL for you:

$profileuser = get_userdata( $user_id );
$avatar_url = $profileuser->basic_user_avatar;

add_filter( 'woocommerce_defer_transactional_emails','__return_true' );
