Not Working With Twenty Twelve

Hello,
Thank you for your continued support with this plugin.
I have recently installed the plugin and set it up to display custom excerpts, 100 characters long.
I am using twenty twelve and have not made any changes to my search.php or content.php files.
No matter what I search for the results are just the first 100 words of the excerpt.
