Not working with Transposh Translation Filter

    Thank you for this plugin, I love it !
    However I’m getting a bug on any Transposh translated pages using your Share Icons.

    Transposh is using a ?lang=XX query arg, and adding it to most internal links.
    I think your links like https://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwebsite.com%2F are being modified by Transposh in a way that makes it bug. This ends with no href in the <a> tags :

    Should be :
    <a data-id="facebook" style="color:#ffffff;" rel="nofollow" href="https://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwebsite.com%2FF" target="_blank" title="Share this on Facebook"><i class="fab fa-facebook-f"></i></a>
    But I get this :
    <a data-id="facebook"><i class="fab fa-facebook-f"></i></a>

    I tried to fix from your code and from Transposh code either, but I can’t make it work.
    Can you help me please ?

    Edit : When setting the “Show Share Menu” option to yes, the share menu is clickable and the links inside the share menu are working well, but my selection of Share Icons steel won’t work. Those working links are pointing to ‘#’ instead of pointing to the social url with the ‘?u=’ query arg. It seems to make a notable difference.
