Not working with symlink

  • Hi,

    My WordPress is on Pantheon server so the uploads directory is in a files folder with root directory and there are multiple environments. I am not able to save the settings due to permissions. I have created the symlink but it’s still not working. I have used this kb article to create symlink but it’s still not working on live environments. https://docs.pantheon.io/plugins-known-issues#webp-express
