    The plugin should be able to search and replace those kinds of URLs. I also just tried this on my end and the plugin was able to find the given URLs.

    Could you please confirm if you’ve selected all tables during the dry run attempt?

    If yes, I would then recommend checking your WordPress database on how and which tables those URLs are stored as they may be stored differently depending on the encoding. You can use something like phpMyAdmin to check.
