Not working with Responsive Images
-
The email address encoding plugin apparently is incorrectly assuming that any @ mentioned in the code is an email address, forcing me to disable it.
WordPress 4.4 introduced the new responsive images support. If it’s a Retina image, it will have a @2x suffix:
[email protected] ^ -- The confused @ symbol
This causes the “encoded” email address to show up on the page, after the image looking like this.
600w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" />
Search on that string and you will see sites with this issue.
