Not Working with Pop-ups anymore

Hi! It seems that with the newest Elementor Pro update, the plugin stopped working with pop-ups. I had a pop-up for a video that was triggered by a column on this website and I had to disable it because instead of opening the pop-up like it used to do, it now goes to a 404 with the URL being: https://horizonchurch.org/%23elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%26settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjE0NCIsInRvZ2dsZSI6ZmFsc2V9

Please help!
