Not working with PNG images with alpha (transparent) background

    You mean alpha channel (separate transparency channel?) or just transparent 24-bit png?

    I have a similar problem. The background in a transparent PNG turns black.

    Turning off the plugin resolves the problem.
    The project I am working on runs on on a Windows server so maybe that has something to do with it.

    WordPress Version: 3.6.1
    PHP Version: 5.3.6
    MySQL Version: 5.5.12
    Server Software: Microsoft-IIS/7.5

    Did you upload that watermark image using WP media library?
