Hi! I’ve been using your plugin for a while now, and love it. One little glitch is that the ads didn’t show up on my home page, just on specific posts, but that wasn’t too big a deal. I just switched themes from 2014, to Picolight, though, and it’s not working. I checked the settings, and they all seem right. Please advise. Thanks.

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Oops…sorry! It’s https://www.GreatFoodLifestyle.com.

When I rechecked it last night it worked on some posts, and not others. Not sure why. Still not on the home page.

I think I’m going to be switching the theme around again, so I’ll let you know how it’s working when I actually land on something. I had some other issues with that theme, too.

The issue might not be caused by your theme. If you use a caching plugin on your site, could you make sure it’s compatible with Mobile Themes, or configure it to become compatible?
I tried browsing your site on my mobile, and it seems I often land on cached desktop theme pages instead of hitting the Mobile Theme. That’s most likely what’s causing the problem here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks! It seems to be working better on the newer theme now (Pinboard). It still doesn’t work on the home page, though. Do you know how I get the Mobile Theme to show up consistently there, if the caching thing is the issue?

Could you go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and make sure the Mobile Theme module is active? If it is, the problem is most likely caused by too aggressive caching on your site. You’ll want to deactivate your caching plugins and services to check this.

Let me know how it goes.

Yah, it’s active. The plugin workes well, as long as someone isn’t on the home page, so I think I’ll just be happy with that. The home page only shows excerpts, anyways.

I had some trouble with the caching stuff last week and don’t really want to mess with it, honestly! I ended up losing a LOT of pictures from posts!

    Thanks for a great plugin!
