not working with NEXTGEN 2.0.58

nivoslider 3.2.7 was working perfectly on NEXTGEN 2.0.40, but since I upgraded to NEXTGEN 2.0.58, images and thumbnails disapeared from my webpage

I am placing the slider with this code:
