    I created a new notificaton for a New User Registration email (email to user), and first, my e-mail was not sent the way I’ve customized on plugin, it was sent with the default message from wordpress. Then I deleted the notification and tried again creating another one, this time my e-mails do not reach the inbox emails, but I’ve been notified with the admin e-mail, then again I deleted the notification and after that I received the email that wasn’t reaching my inbox but nevertheless without the customization I have made.

    So the issue is that the second notification you created is being sent but it’s not being received – is that right?

    Yes. And when I receive, it comes with the original WordPress email not the way I customized the notification.
