Not working with my version of WordPress and WooCommerce

    Admittedly, I am trying to troubleshoot this plugin with an up-to-date version of WordPress and WooCommerce. In my WooCommerce Status I see a message: “3.2.7 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.1.1.”

    And so…if that is the root of my problem, I may just have to wait for the plugin to be updated.

    But, for now, my plugin is not working. I purchased the Pro version, hoping that the development cycle could be a little ahead of the non-pro. After installing and properly licensing, I still have the same result…”Call For Price” not showing on my products.     On this product my price is left blank. It is a simple product.

    This plugin used to work, but somewhere in the transition to newer versions of WP and Woo, I seem to have lost the functionality.

    Adding to my original message, when I enable the “Force [All Products] Products Call For Price” option, I do get the correct presentation of “Call For Price.”

    Also, when I use the taxonomy method, I see the proper presentation, with “Call For Price” overriding all pricing on all products within the category.

    My biggest issue is that I cannot get the “Call For Price” option to show on single products that have a null price field.

    Hi @bbasler,

    Regarding the query, we have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we are unable to replicate it. To me, the Call for Price works fine when the price of the product is set to blank.

    So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please try deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCOmmerce and Call for Price plugin and then check whether it solves the issue or not.
